the Art Lives Here Billboard

Lee County Alliance for the Arts initiated a billboard project across Lee County to promote the Arts. My artwork was selected to be shown on billboards at a number of locations, both digital and traditional paper. My title, “Image Blocks”, was suggested by the method. I took elements from my mixed media works, to digitally combine & recombine, like rearranging blocks, experimenting w/juxtapositions & color for different effect, or interpretation. My first composition done in this manner was for the Pompano Beach Utility Box Wraps Round 2, and inspired a new series of paintings.
